    Hi,

    I just flashed the new Version. Everything seems fine, but I can't use UPnP any more.

    Just for explanation, this is what Azureus says (partially german ;) ):

    Other programmes using UPnP say something similar. This worked fine in 0.6, which I used untill today.

    Bug? Or did I miss something? I don't want to bug Jon until it really is a bug - so can anyone confirm this?

    Thanks,

    PsychoD

    Happened to me once in Thibor, once in Tomato. Both times I cleared out the uPnP entries and reset the router. Worked.

    Thanks for the reply. But actually there are no UPnP Entries :/
    Rebooting didn't help...

    just got done running my outputs for Jon and decided to try this problem as well.

    mmmm same problem here, here is a clip of the log output from my machine.

    500 internal server error??

    [18:42:22] Downloading: http://192.168.1.1:5431/dynsvc/WANIPConnection:1.xml
    com.aelitis.net.upnp.UPnPException: Invoke of 'urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANIPConnection:1#AddPortMapping' fails: HTTP request failed:HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

    [18:42:24] UPnP: Mapping 'Incoming Peer Data Port (TCP/13126)' failed
    [18:42:24] Mapping Distributed DB (UDP/13126) already established

    And this is UDP as well. I wonder if this is connected to my UDP game problem?

    I am cleaning up the telnet outputs right now to send to Jon for further analysis.

    UPnP is working fine for me with 0.08. But I did need to reboot the PC (not the router) after upgrading.

    Thanks for the testing guys.

    After a 30 second complete power off reboot of the router, I get a similar result as Mercjoe.

    So I will send Jon a mail about this.

    Have a nice day,

    I just received an answer by Jon.

    The important part is:

    ===
    This is probably related to a bug in the "allow multicast" option (Advanced/Firewall) that breaks a part of the iptables rule set. See if disabling that option works.
    ===

    And he was right - disabling that makes UPnP work fine again.

    Then what will stop work when multicast is disabled?

    You probably don't need multicast enabled. It is in very limited use on the public Internet. See the Wikipedia article:
