I flashed my WRT54Gs witht the 1.4_g firmware but now it refuse all other firmware except the 1.4g into the firmware upgrade on the web interface...

It begin then after 2 line it put "upgrade failed"

    I have try with: HyperWRT_2.0b3_GS, Firmware_Satori-4.0GS, wrt54gs_2.07.1_US_code and WRT54GS_3.37.2_US_code

I tryed the reboot (reset for 30 secs) but nothing changed...

I need the best firmware for use 2 WRT54GS together (AP-Client)...

So any idea how to change the firmware even to 2.03b or to satori that was working before?

You might want to try to tftp satori_g firmware in on bootup

    * Download Satori for G and rename it to code.bin
    * Connect your router to your computer, putting the ethernet cable into a LAN port.
    * Set the manual IP "" on your computer.
    * Start command prompt on windows, go to the "code.bin" directory and type "tftp -i put code.bin" and do NOT press Enter yet.
    * Cold boot the router and in the period between the "all lights flashing" (with "boot wait" set to "on" this will be 5 seconds, with "boot wait" set to "off" only 1 second) press Enter on your computer.
    * When your computer says successful, wait another minute until the router reboots itself

    Thx it worked

But I got a tftp.exe that have a windowed interface... So I rebooted the router and just after the "all light flash" I pushed update and it do it... :D
