I notice that under advanced wireless settings, the authentication type doesn't stick very well. If I select auto, I can connect with WPA2-psk using aes, but if I change from auto to shared key, I can no longer connect, and the gui doesn't always reflect the change. Strange because the client computer does show aes encryption when I'm connected. Anyone else notice this? Or I'm I doing something wrong here?

shared key in Wireless Advanced is only used for WEP, not for WPA. that is why you can't connect.

Thank you. That explains the behavior.
