    Hi,
Is possible to have to ethernet cards one connected to the router and the other connected to the cable modem?

Since azureus and Emule stress the connections in the router does this solution workaround that problem?

I have tried but with no sucess with windows xp, anyone can help me?

    Thanks

    PC 1:

    - ethernet 1 connected to cable modem.
    - ethernet 2 connected to router.

    Software:
    Azuerus.
    Emule.

    Laptop
    Wireless ethernet
    Acess to internet

This are my needs. Some people would say .. "This guy is crazy", but since my linksys router drops everityme i have azureus connected i think this is a soluction and with the laptop i can connect to the PC via wireless and manage the server.

yes plug one of the nics on pc1 into the wan port on the router and run it on another subnet like .1.1 (because windows ics steals .0.1)
it will work. Or plug into a regular port and let windows deal with dhcp and dns should also work

You can set up ISC (i.e. Internet Connection Sharing) in Windpws XP by lettomg other computers share the ubternet connection. The IP addresses will be set by ISC.
