    We have two WRT54G Routers

One sitting on top of the other one.

one of them has wireless completely disabled

yet I have wireless clients still connecting to it.

Everey place I can disable something for wireless I did.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

How do you know they are connecting to it? By DHCP assigned address? If you have two dhcp servers, it is possible they both answer... but that isnt evidence of wireless.

the ipaddress of the wireless router that has wireless turned off is 192.168.1.21 and that was the gateway for the wireless device. We decided to get a hub instead of using the second router.

yea after thinking about your comment last night it finally hit me what you were talking about.

You are correct. the wireless was going to dhcp on that router instead of the server....
