    Hi People,

Newbie here, so please be easy on me

I want to share by broadband with my mate in the next building, about <30m Los. I am using the WRT54G so if we get him a PCI Wireless adapter, that should work.

Now the twist..... we both want to use VoIP for which we need to connect these ATA's to the network. I have mine plugged into my WRT54G, but how do we do it at his end.

    1. I am getting the WRT54G for about $25 more than the PCI adapter, so can I use a WRT at his end as well???

    or

    2. If he has two spare PCI slots, would an etherent card in one and the PCI Wireless adapter in the other solve our problem? In this case though he will have to keep his PC on 24-7 to use his phone.... don't wanna do that.

    Any help appreciated.
