    My setup:
    topcom xplorer 874b modem
    2 WRT54G's on tofu 12.
Problem: aquiring ip-address when setting 2nd wrt in wds.

Settings on wrt#1: (connected to the modem/router via port 4, to let the modem do the routing)
    dhcp:disabled
    local ip: 192.168.1.253
    wireless-mode: wds-ap
    channel:11
    wireless security:wpa-tkip
    operating mode: router
    bridge-restricted: wrt#2 mac (copied & double-checked)

    Settings on wrt#2:
    dhcp: disabled
    local ip:192.168.1.243
    wireless-mode: wds-ap
    channel:11
    wireless security:wpa-tkip
    operating mode: router
    bridge-restricted mac: wrt#1 (copied & double-checked)
    internet-setup:disabled

the modem is setup as dhcp-server in the range 192.168.1.100-199

Symptoms: can connect painlessly wireless with only wrt#1. When I turn on wrt#2, i can not get an ip-address. Turning on wrt#2 while connected disconnects me!

Been going at this problem for 2 days now, any help is much appreciated!
