3 Machines working on an Internal and External Network?

Here's my situation and I hope I can 1) explain it properlly and 2) get a solution. :D

3 Machines Statically IPd w/Cable Internet Access. I'd like to access network shares within the network. The company is blocking Netbios over TCP/IP so I can't actually access system shares.

My solution (good or bad) was to try and create an internal network using a WRT54G and 3 Wireless NiCs. Unfortunately as you can guess I'm having routing issues that I can't seem to wrap my head around. I understand that I need to setup some sort of static route that forces all of my outbound traffice to goto the internet and my internal traffic to goto the wireless. Everytime I think I've got it figured out it just magically stops working.

Can someone tell me the RIGHT way to do this. Including, you're a moron and you didn't need to spend money on new equipment. :D

Ok I can help you with this but I need more info. I'm not clear on how you have things setup.

How about an ipconfig /all for the 3 systems. How did you connect the WRT54G to the cable modem? Via the WAN port or one of the LAN ports? Are there any other network cables involved and if so what ports do they connect to?
