5Ghz non-overlapping channels

I am now running two Linksys E3000, one as a router and the other as a second access point with the same wifi SSIDs. I use one SSID for both on 2.4Ghz G-only 20Mhz channels. And another SSID for both on 5Ghz N-Only 40Mhz channels.
I know with 2.4Ghz the only non-overlapping channels are 1, 6 & 11 so I have eg the router set to 11 and the access point to 1.
What is the equivalent for 5Ghz and 40Mhz channels? My router is currently set to channel 161. Would I be right in assuming that I should set the access point to a channel at the other end of the spectrum eg channel 40? Is it possible to have non-overlapping 40Mhz channels on 5Ghz?
    Thanks....
