Kbps is kilo bits per second

KBps is kilo bytes per second

in your case if its asking kbps then what you state as an upload of 800 kbps is 800 kbps.

    You lost me.

I have an upload speed of 800 Kbps. I need to enter in 90% of my upload speed in kbit/s. So what's the number I enter in kbit/s?

    So you're saying 1 Kbps = 1 kbit/s?
