The current release of the Linksys software allows the use of WPA-RADIUS authentication - this works great on the official released firmware from Linksys (although I have not attempted to use any hacked software to see if it still does in the hacked versions). The one glaring omission is there is no Accounting information sent to the Radius Server to keep track of session start and stop times, total bytes sent and received, etc... I have not looked at the source code for the official release (nor the hacked versions for that matter) to see what information is retained during a wireless session but I would think it should not be too hard to include the accounting information for tracking by a Radius server (such as Freeradius or other Radius servers)... Has anyone who is familar with the WRT54G code looked at the possiblity of implementing Radius Accounting capabilities to track client start time, stop time and whatnot ???
