Have a question concerning the ADSL2+ connection.
    4096kbit Upstream
    512kbit Downstream

My problem is, i only get a speed of 407kbyte/s on a download.
I use a download manager with 10simultanous connections.

    407*8 = ~3,2Mbits
is that normal for an 4mbit line?

Linksys WAG354G with ANNEX A FW

    thanks for inform.

The total transport overhead for ADSL using ATM, TCP/IP, and PPPoE is generally about 15-17%. So yes, a throughput percentage of only about 79.5% would be a bit low if ADSL2+ has the same overheads as ADSL.

Sometimes adjusting your receive window in Windows will help raise your throughput speeds.
