Perhaps if there were public beta testing, some of those bugs would be squashed by now.

Doubt it. The sveasoft memership is very large. I'm sure there is more than enough beta testing done there. The last things are minor issues.

wow not closed yet? i guess my opinion is that it will get here when it gets here just like any developement there are deadlines and they are always broken

pay your dues and then you will get what you deserve.

its mmmmmazing.... anyways i would feel much more secure stuffing a firmware load into my router that has actually been beta tested be beta testers and not us.
I guess im not too comfortable with the possibility of creating a brick that is worth more than my car ... joke

anyways im happy with satori and i may not change to alchemy when it does come out. if it aint broke dont fix it

also if i do get alchemy i will be picking up a GS model so i can have double the stuff because 2x is better than 1x of almost anything

I don't see any reason for Linksysinfo to not talk about Alchemy.

If they close all Alchemy treads, the only thing they achieves it that they loose user to other forums like http://forum.bsr-clan.de/viewforum.php?f=12

The reason for me to use Linksysinfo is that they have a good support on linksys firmware over all, expect Alchemy.

I understand that Sveasoft wants to make as much money as possible, but at the moment with 6 month overdue, and all Alchemy version released on Emule and other p2p services, Linksysinfo should accept Alchemy threads.

    Hey there everyone -

Don't worry, we're not going to lock or close threads or ban users - speak your mind!!!!

We aim to be the most open and accessible user group out there - the only threads we've locked were ones that discussed GPL issues since thats not the point of the site and stated as off topic.

Back to Alchemy - I can be COMPLETELY honest with you when I say I have absolutely no idea when it will be released to the public. We don't have any more clue on it that any other Sveasoft user. We don't get any special treatment or support from Sveasoft.

Go ahead and talk about Alchemy - no big deal, everyone does - the only thing we don't tolerate is links to Alchemy pre-releases. We respect every developers method of distribution.

I have done some restructuring of the forums now.

Sveasoft Satori firmware Forum is now:

    Sveasoft Firmware Forum
(The Official LinksysInfo Discussion of Satori/Alchemy Firmware)

Discussion of Alchemy and Satori are welcome. though please refrain from posting links to Alchemy pre-releases.

Alchemy Public release will be released soon.
