Help! Allowing IP/MAC Access From Wan To Lan

I have a setup where i have a WRTSL54GS between lan "A" and lan "B". Lan "B" is on the WAN side and lan "A" is on the LAN side of the router. I would like to be able to only allow a particular IP Address(es)/MAC Address(es) on Lan "B" to access Lan "A". Is this possible? Thx.

As a general rule of thumb, no. But there are not enough details here to say for sure. How many user are on lan b? On the flip side there are many devices on the market that will do just that, just none i know of by linksys. Possibly by manipulating the routing table but i need more info before i can make a better guess.

Well, im not sure how many pcs are on the Wan side. I dont administer it. I administer the lan side. Until recently we've had a pc that had two nics in it, one for the lan and one for the wan side. The pc belongs to my network, but someone on the wan side needs access too it also. So, i want to remove the nic for the wan side and just put the pc on the lan network and install a router between my lan network and the wan network. Then use ip address access to give the person access to my lan. So , only that persons pc will be able to access my lan accross the router.

Its also b/c on my lan side, i have process control pcs that are NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 SP3 and they cant be updated with service packs b/c of control program restrictions. So I dont want any traffic other than what i specify getting onto my process control lan. We've recently been getting hit alot from the wan side by a pc with a virus that broadcasts rpc commands to shutdown the browser service on my servers and clients. Its a PITA getting help tracking the virus from the wan admins.
