I was wondering if it was at all possible to use a usb hub and connect more than 2 hdd's? Since the nsl is using a form of linux and I've upgraded to unslung, I was wondering if it would detect the usb hub and also multiple disks, any one know?

    It is possible.

There are a few other treads describing in detail how it works.

Sorry I did not read your post in detail.

The latest unslung (5.x) does not support more than two hdd´s (as I know).
You need the linksys firmware R63 to use a hub.
This firmware will be integrated into unslung 6.x an I think then uslung will also support usb-hubs

hmmmm, that's interesting. I upgraded to r63 then upgraded to unslung 5.x, I thought that the unslung was installed on top of the firmware version you use and doesn't replace it? But you're saying that the next unslung would have to integrate the firmware into it to use the usb hub?

If I wasn't using the unslung, what would I have to do to use the usb hub?
