Anyone willing to make a JTAG for me?

I hope this doesn't go against forum rules, but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in adding a JTAG connection to my WRT54G v2. My attempts were unsuccessfull. I would be willing to pay shipping, etc if anyone is interested. I still think it might be cheaper to get it fixed than to buy a whole new one.

The reason I think it still can be fixed is that TFTP works, it still responds to pings, but never reboots after uploading a firmware. I've tried countless types of firmwares new and old. The power led blinks steadily and the DMZ light periodically turns on and off at long intervals (minutes).

I've left it alone for a number of months now, but the netgear wgt624 I currently use is unstable and slow at times.

    Any takers?

I have nice, sturdy, custom made JTAG cables for sale. $17.50 includes Priority Mail shipping to anywhere in the US. International shipping is on a case by case basis. I also include a few PCB headers so you don't have to scrounge those up too. I guarantee the cables to function properly for life, barring abuse, tampering, etc. I do not guarantee your ability to use the cable or the associated software. Pic of a typical cable seen below. You can IM me here, or e-mail me at abessey(at)runbox.com. Thanks.

Or am I misunderstanding you and you're wanting someone to fix it for you?? I can do that too. Ship me your router and $20 and I'll add the JTAG header and de-brick it (attempt to....no guarantees....some routers are just dead). That $20 covers my fee and the return shipping. Let me know.
