Asus WL-500W - Wireless not working?

    heya,

I've managed, after some mucking around to get flash my Asus WL-500W with tomato (1.19, just upgraded to 1.20), using the tomato.trx file.

However, it appears that wireless doesn't work - on the main status page, clicking Enable doesn't seem to work.

Also, under Wireless Survey, when you click Refresh, it says "error: Unable to get AP mode."

Under Bandwidth, Real Time, the interfaces listed are WAN (eth1), br0, and eth0.

    The log:

Did you try the _ND version?

    heya,

Yes, I just tried the ND version, and it seems to have borked it.

I needed to do a restore using the Asus Firmware Restoration tool.

Anyway, I've restored back to 1.19 (1.20 non-ND seemed funny with my Internet for some reason, it may have just been coincidence, but these next few days are critical, so I'm sticking with 1.19 for a little while).

The WL-500W wireless is known to work with Tomato, right? Are there any other diagnostics or information I could provide that would help you guys?

    Cheers,
    Victor
