    Hello to everyone.

I am considering of buying the Linksys WRT54GX4 Wireless-G Broadband Router with SRX400 from the US but install it in Europe.

My question concerns the power input required for the router. Is it compatible for 100-240 VAC so as to plug it in a European power outlet or works only at 120 VAC which is the US standard?

My WRT54GS which I bought in the US (and have it installed in the US) says that it only accepts 120 V input. If this is the case for the WRT54GX4 as well then I need a step down power converter like the ones here http://www.110220volts.com/power_converters_Voltage_Transformer.htm but I saw that those are not meant to be used continuoulsy (meaning that you have to unplug it from the outlet if not in use).

Any electronics expert that wants to help out?

    Thanks in advance.

Do not use the Linksys adapter from USA in Europe. Just get a 220 V AC/DC adapter 12V output with minimum 1000 Mah rating. You can get a AC/DC adapter in any electronic store
