Bad Firmware update - How I recovery the WRV54G fron this ?

Please, I need some help !

I try to recovery the WRV54G from a Bad firmware update (corrupted), but the Router don´t show the Setup WEB page, don´t send Ip by DHCP, and the PC don´t connect to the Router. I try to config the IP manually ( IP 192.168.1.2 Mask 255.255.255.0 Gateway 192.168.1.1), but the FTP, TFTP, PING and another methods don´t work !

The Leds ond router when i turn on :

    1 - power Led Blinking
    2 - Wireless-g led is off
3 - DMZ led is off
4 - Lan1-4 turn on when i plug the network cable, between PC card and router.
5 - WAN turn on the same form that Lan1-4 !

I need a tutorial or a method, to recovery the firmware router !

    Thanks

one of the last posts in the thread mentions hacking directly into a serial driver on the PCB. It's possibly a do-able solution, but not necessarily for the feint of heart. But if you're already convinced this is a dead or replaceable unit, it could be a great learning experience

Good call. Using the search menu is a good place to start for sure! I've successfully unbricked the WRV54G by using the method indicated by Toxic at the link...namely setting your PC's ethernet NIC to 10 Mbps / half duplex with IP address 192.168.1.2/24 (or any other address than the WRV54G's default IP of 192.168.1.1/24). Haven't had to open up the unit.
