Bandwidth limiting on WLAN?

Hey guys, my phone is often saturating my internet connection when it is automatically uploading photo/ video files and I was looking for a way to limit its bandwidth so that wasn't the case.

It seems tho that the bandwidth limiter in Tomato only applies to LAN connections and not WLAN.

Is there a way I can solve this issue? I'm thinking perhaps QoS, but I don't know much on how I can go about it.

I'm running Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-088V K26 USB AIO on an Asus RT-N66U.

It applies to WLAN as well. Do it by MAC or add a static DHCP slot for your phone.
