Under Administration --> Bandwidth Monitoring there is an option to choose the First Day Of The Month. If I select "18" what is supposed to happen when that date rolls around? Will it include Feb. 18th through Mar. 18 in March's Monthly Bandwidth totals?

Not quite sure if this is what the First Day Of The Month setting/option is for.

I have not tested this and mine is set as the 1st so I can't confirm anything as such but I presume from how it works on the 1st of the month with my configuration, that if you set it to the 18th that the monthly reporting period would be from 00:00 18th to 23:59 on the 17th of the following month. Thus at or around 00:00 on the morning of the 18th of each month a new monthly stat would be shown in the "Bandwidth --> Monthly" section of the GUI....

Can anyone confirm this? I did have it set to the 18th, but under the "Bandwidth -->Monthly" section a new month "March" did not appear. It just continued to add any added bandwidth to the "February" monthly totals.

Did some more testing on the First Day of Month feature for Bandwidth Monitoring and found it is working correctly!

    For example,

if I set it to 18 and the current month is February --> 00:00 Feb. 18th to 23:59 on Mar. 17th is bandwidth recorded for February. (not March)

When March 18th arrives --> 00:00 March 18th to 23:59 on April 17th is bandwidth recorded for March. (not April)

My mistake was confusing the begin & end period for the monthly totals.

ahh I requested that feature from John.

In Belgium most ISP's only give you 10GB a month and some start counting on the date that you signed the contract.
Very handy to check before they put you on like 2kB/s.
