BEFSR41 advanced routing subnet problem

I have 7 branch locations on subnets in a private WAN. All the branches share the internet connection at our Metro office. I add static routes to the BEFSR41 in order for them to access the internet through the BEFSR41 across the WAN. I can only add 5 entries of the 20 spaces available. When I add the 6th subnet THEN, one of the subnets already entered that was working quits working. (Very slow, unresponsive, and times out) If I remove any of the 6 the five will work fine. I can add any five of the subnets and all is fine, add the 6th and problem begins. Any ideas? I'm running firmware ver. 2.00.02 and this is the 2nd BEFSR41 router I've put here.

Sounds like you have already figured it out, even though there are 20 slots the firmware is only capable of handling 5. It sounds like a classical hub and spoke network, if so you only need to upgrade the route at the metro office.
