BEFSX41 Block WAN IP subnets

I apologize if this is the incorrect forum to post this in. I did a search and didn't really see what I was looking for so I figured I'd ask.

I have a BEFSX41 router and wanted to know if there is a way to block entire IP subnet WAN requests. I am getting hammered by attacks from Japan, England, and various other countries. I want to be able to block like this example 123.456.789.*, or maybe even broader than that. My clients are all local to me so I can probably block providers/entire networks in general. I also don't want to have to go out and buy a Checkpoint firewall.

If there is a firmware upgrade, or even a different router that will allow this? I'd love to hear about it if so. Any help and/or direction would be great.

Thanks in Advance for all your help.

External port probes of your SX41 should automatically be blocked unless you are using the DMZ or some type of Port Forwarding. If you are asking if it is possible to restrict the Port Forwarding functions to certain IPs and to block others, then that is not possible with the SX41.
