BEFSX41 - Strange issue

Hello everybody: I'm experiencing a strange issue with my BEFSX41. After powering it up, with the cablemodem connected to WAN port, and 1 PC connected to LAN1 port, the ports' LEDS blink intermitently, like if the cable is being plugged and unplugged repeatedly, and the netowrk connection on the PC is showing exactly the same, it alternates between "Local Network connection is unplugged" and "Aquiring IP address". Also the cablemodem link LED turns on an off. This keeps happenning for like 10 minutes, after that the router starts behaving normally.

At first, I thought it may be the power brick, so I changed it, but the issue kept happening. I tried another router, just to be sure, and that one works OK, so I can confirm that the issue is with the BEFSX41.

Can anyone point me to a solution, maybe some capacitor not working, has anyone experienced something like this?
