Reaching out to users of Belkin F7D4302 and similar (Play / Play Max)... Please share your testing, results, and tweaks.

I'm interested in increasing distance (priority 1) and throughput?

I'm using Toastman ( tomato-K26USB-1.28.0500.4MIPSR2Toastman-RT-N-VLAN-VPN-NOCAT) with Transmit Power at 70 for both G & N... but I have not really noticed much difference by changing this?

My router sits 3' off the floor (on my desk) and seems to have a decent strength at 20-30' reducing to barely, if at all, usable at 40-45'. Internally it goes through a wall or two, and externally it goes through 2 internal, 1 outside wall... but this seems to make very little difference in my case.

    thanks for sharing!
