I'm looking for ideas of how to resolve this issue without replacing the hardware and wondering if anyone has seen it before. I have a WRT54G v 3.0 running DD-WRT v 22 Final Revision 2. It is part of a remote repeater setup. It is running as an access point, connected to a Smartbridges Airbridge that is wirelessly assoicated to another remote location. (For those not familiar, an Airbridge is almost identical to a WRT in client bridged mode but has a more powerful rado...it does MAC natting.) The Airbridge is connected to switch port #1. In operation, the WRT54G does not reply to ping, however devices associated to it do. I also cannot bring up it's web interface or telnet to it through the Airbridge, OR with a hardwired connection to a switch port. BUT I can connect to it from associated wireless devices. Furthermore, it is slowing everything down really bad. I can take my laptop to its location, hook the Airbridge up to my laptop and get the full 1024 kbps internet it is carrying. But if I plug the Airbridge into the WRT and associate my laptop to it, I only get about 200 kbps, sitting 3 feet away. Any ideas, other than swapping out the WRT?
