I am running the latest Victek firmware. I have my internal wireless setup on the router. I then configured my other Netgear router to act as a guest wireless. I set a static IP on the Tomato side and told the WAN port to get an IP through DHCP. That is working fine. Then I put that configed IP in the DMZ. Everything seems to be working. Although I thought a PC in the DMZ didn't have access to the internal network. I can get to my other PC's when on my guest wireless now. I didn't want to go the vlan route to avoid hassle, but is that really the only way to do it?
