How do I go about configuring my firewall/router to block an IP address on the internet? I neither want to receive or send packets to it. I would like to catch it on the router so that no computer on my networks goes to it. The actually IP address is 68.142.197.69.

Use the access restrictions page. this is for setting up firewall access control.

i think he is attempting to block a particular IP, as opposed to URL or webstring. this is not an available option within the web interface. it is quite possible and in fact simple via the firewall_script

Thibor, you are correct. Do you have URL of where I can find this firewall script you posted about?

    iptables -A FORWARD -s 192.168.1.0/24 -d 68.142.197.69/32 -j REJECT
this will stop ANY host on the 1.x network from sending to that IP
    iptables -t filter -A INPUT -s 68.142.197.69/32 -j DROP
this will drop packets from the required address

Thanks Thibor that is exactly what I'm looking for. Last question, do I need to add this everytime I reboot router or does it get saved in memory?
