I am trying to re-configure my network settings after a fault with my BT phone line caused me to do 4 nights of trouble shooting. My setup is to have my WAG160N acting as the modem to the internet and my D-LINK Dir655 (no modem) acting as the wireless router. This setup has worked flawlessly for months, however I had to reset the WAG160N factory settings during my trouble shooting and I cant get it set backup to communicate with the Router. If I set up the WAG160N with default settings I can connect to the internet no problem. If i then set it in Bridge mode which I think was how I set it up originally and connect a LAN port to the WAN port of the D-link I cant get online. I'm not clear on what other settings I should use on the Bridge mode page. eg I assume I should be disabling the DHCP, but should I be setting it up to relay to the Dlink and what about the NAT section, should this be 'enabled'or disabled'. Also should the default IP ( of the WAG remain or should I put it on the range of the DLINK DHCP. Any help or thoughts would really be appreciated, kind regards...

Dissapointed to see 40 viewers but not 1 suggestion. Have I missed some information in my post ? have I not given enough explanation ?. I have spend days trawliing this forum for an answer, but nothing seems to fit my issue, especially when in Bridge Mode the Linksys does not appear to get an IP address !!.
Any guggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
