broadcasts through vlans

I tried to split some wifi clients from rest of lan. So I added second vlan (where are all wifi clients) and connected some ip range to the first vlan (via LAN Access). It works almost as intended, some wifi clients can reach first vlan and some cant. All have connection to wan.
But my "problem" is that they dont receive broadcasts from first vlan. Is it somehow possible to forward broadcasts from first vlan to the second? It could be even as unicast to some static ip address.
    (using tomato-NDUSB-1.28.7630-Toastman-IPT-ND-BETA-Ext on WL-500gP V2)

I know, it was weird request. I have abandoned that.

I will have new router, ebtables should do the job. (disable connections of some ips with another ip on LAN)
