    Hi All

I have a Fujitsu notebook with built in Wireless. I can however not get the notebook to connect to the WAG354G gateway. I applied a static IP and put the gateway in, it picks up but then cannot connect to the Internet.
Using DHCP it just does not work. The WEP is setup up correctly.
    Any ideas.

What wireless minicard do you have in your notebook? When using static IP Address, you must enter the DNS server addresses to get URL resolution to IP Addresses on the internet. Make certain the you are using hexadecimal keys and you are specifying the correct key lengths. Do not use paraphase key generators from different manufacturers, they do not produce the same keys. Use the latest drivers for your wireless minicard. If you are using WEP make certain you do not have the Microsoft WPA2 hotfix installed it causes problems with WEP.
