Can I setup FON to connect to my school network which is PEAP secured and function as a access point at the same time?

Can someone enlighten me on how to configure dd-wrt to connect to PEAP secured network.

I don't know what a PEAP secured network is, but what you'd want to do is Repeater mode (not to be confused with Repeater Bridge, Client or Client Bridge modes).

Repeater mode will use the Fon's Wi-Fi radio to both connect wirelessly to another network and use it as its WAN connection and also create a virtual access point (VAP) for you to connect to your Fon wirelessly.

Although the DD-WRT Fonera firmware doesn't specifically let you choose Repeater or Repeater Bridge from the wireless modes, it is supposedly still possibly by putting it in Client mode (again, not to be confused with Client Bridge mode), then creating a VAP for you to connect to.
