Can I somehow make my WRT54G into a proxy server? (so I can use it at work to connect to otherwise blocked websites)

Right now I'm using DD-WRT v23a but I'm open to other suggestions (OpenWRT is nice but very complicated).

I haven't done it but it is possible. OpenWRT packages can be run on DD-WRT firmware by simply changing the extension to .tgz and then manually extracting & uploading the files to the router.

Look here for some OpenWRT packages that might be useful.

    Good luck.
