Cannot connect laptop to network

    Rookie needs some help...

I have a company laptop with a wireless card. My home network has a Linksys WRTP54G router. Both have Windows XP

I used to be able to autoconnect with no problem at all. One day, it stopped working. The laptop detects the network. If I double click the Intel Wireless icon (near the clock) I get an "Intel PROSet/Wireless" window that displays my "linksys" network, however when I click "connect" I'm taken to a "configure wireless settings" wizard that ultimately doesn't do anything.

being a company laptop, I'm stuck with our help desk which has been useless.

Any ideas? Would it be a good guess that its the laptop and not the router? Anything steips I can do to debug this?
