    Hello (again)...

Recently I reset an RV016 router to factory settings, then re-input the correct settings to allow access to two DSLs with static addresses. I tested the access and all seemed fine.

When the users came in today after the holiday, they told me that they are unable to reach their OWN website, but they can reach all others. I tried to access the site from my office and it works fine. The website is hosted at a shared hosting service.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you,

Maybe it's a problem with your webhost?
Is it hosted internally or offsite?

Offsite, but I can reach the page from outside the office...

Routing problem between office and webhost?
Did you try from one of the DSL connections without the router?
How does a tracert to the host look?

Found the problem, dont understand the solution

The problem is that the individual computers didnt have a DNS entry on the network control panel (yes these are Macs). When I input the DNS servers from the router directly on the clients, all was right.

I dont understand why this is...I had the correct DNS information in the correct fields on the router, should I have to input it on the clients as well if they are set to use DHCP?

    Thank you,
