I have a Netgear WAG302 (v.1) access point. I recently bought a Linksys WRT54GL router, installed Tomato 1.23 on it, and connected the WAG302 to it. I want to use the WRT54GL for wireless G connections, and the WAG302 for wireless A. The wireless G radio in the WAG302 is turned off. I can't seem to connect wirelessly to the WAG302. I can connect wirelessly to the WRT54GL fine though. The WAG302 was working fine with my previous router (a Netgear FVS318), but not with my WRT54GL. I notice, when I try to connect to the WAG302 in WinXP, that it authenticates, then tries to acquire an IP address for my laptop, but isn't successful. Is there some issue with Tomato not listening for DHCP requests coming from computers connect to other AP's? Another thing I noticed, if I disable the security in the WAG302 I can connect to it. But if I turn on the WPA I can no longer connect. How do I fix this?
