I have a wrt160n that's currently running dd-wrt. I like Shibby's version of tomato and would like to install it on the router. I know that it's supposed to be supported, but every time I try to install it it says file is too large. I'm trying to install tomato-K26-1.28.RT-MIPSR2-112-MiniVPN.trx. I've tried older versions of the firmware and the newest I can install is tomato-K26-1.28.RT-MIPSR2-107-MiniVPN.trx. The problem is the wifi drops in and out on my cell phone with this version.

Am I doing something wrong? Did firmware's 108 and up get too large for this router?

I believe Shibby's 107 build is the 'newest' build for mini-VPN that fit on 4MB flash routers. The actual max size is about 37** KB which I don't remember offhand (can search or check dd-wrt).
