Change bandwidth limits during peak hours

Hi there, I am running Tomato Firmware v1.23.8025 with the bandwidth limits set up nicely.

I've decided it is quite possible to change the bandwidth limits to lower values at peak hours with scripts entered into the sheduler section under admin. However I don't know enough about the way victeks mod sets up the iptables to figure out what to write for my script.

could I use something along these lines to change the values of my first entry in the BW limiter section?

tc class add dev br0 parent 1:1 classid 1:17 htb rate 500kbit ceil 700kbit prio 2
tc class add dev imq0 parent 1:1 classid 1:10 htb rate 50kbit ceil 200kbit prio 2

to change DL rate 500 Ciel 700
    UL rate 50 ciel 200
    just for my first entry.

Also I have a spare heading in BW monitor: imaq1
Is there a script I could implement to push one of my users onto that plot and monitor their BW individually?
Sureley it would just take abit of IP table tweaking again, in a script entered into Admin:scripts:firewall

I think if we can come up with solutions to these they would be usefull to many of us.

Any help yould be greatly appreciated.
