Copy of my post on the chillispot and dd-wrt forums, would appreciate feedback from anyone with similiiar experiences on NTL or other cable providers:
I'm using chilli with dd-wrt v22 on a WRT54G v2.2. I've just set up a unit for the first time on the UK ISP NTL, a cable supplier. The configuration of the unit is identical to others I've set up on various adsl connections previously, apart from the chilli dns which is set to NTL's servers. Keywords such as exit have always worked on previous installations but will not work on the NTL connection.
It seems like the key.chillispot.org domain is not being set up on dhcp. If you enter http://192.168.182.1:3990 it brings up the logoff page as it should, I'm using hotspotlogin.php, but if you type exit its not redirecting to the logoff page it just searches for exit.com or similiar. I suspect it is a dns issue of some sort, its not critical as my hotspot users don't use the keyword system anyway, and I'd welcome feedback from anyone who has had a similiar experience.
    Thanks / scriv
