    Hey Everyone,
Is there a workaround for CIFS when I don't have a password on my computer? I am trying to save the bandwidth usage logs to my desktop. I have tried using a password and it does work but I don't want to set a password. I am using the tomato usb build 54 with a WRT54GL router on a windows 7 64bit machine. Thank you.

I think it works if you put in a dummy password (in tomato) as long at the server doesn't have the user / pwd and allows anonymous access

or you can also create a dedicated account just for your router - i did, because i couldnt make my media player log in into windows with my main account (which has no pwd). i have set up a new account which is used by the media player and tomato.
