I am using the rv042 router as a firewall for my home network and connecting 4 computers to it. I am having problems closing ports for outgoing traffic at specified times. The problem is that the router does not seem to close the ports at the time I want if the traffic is of nonstop nature (as an online game for example). It works Ok if I close port 80 for a specific time as web browsing is discontinuous to its nature. I try to do this by creating an access rules in the firewall. The rule I want to alter access time for is modified by using the scheduling part and I specify the rule to only apply for source interface lan. Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong? Please help. I am using firmware version
