    Hello Everyone,

I need to make changes to NoCat code and I need some assistance on how to compile just the NoCat app. I have been able to successfully compile the firmware, but I do not want to compile the complete firmware just to test the changes in NoCat.

Any guidance or assistance in what changes to make to what files to accomplish this will be greatly appreciated.

copy router/nocat sources from my sources to Toastman`s (you will need also glib sources).
Then add glib and nocat compilation code to router/Makefile and on top add
    obj-y += nocat

after that you will have nocat app compiled in firmware btu withour gui (you will have to make own config file, start daemon and add firewall rules.

Thank you for the fast response Shibby20. I will give it a try. Your instructions seem to indicate that the nocat will be compiled in the firmware, however, I want to compile ONLY the nocat app and NOT the complete firmware.
