I was reading about tomato's configuration but i couldnt find much info on some options:
-Advanced>Conntrack/Netfilter>Tracking / NAT Helpers there is a 'ftp' option.
-Miscellaneous there is a 'TTL Adjust'.
-Miscellaneous there is a 'Inbound Layer 7'.
-Advanced>Conntrack/netfilter there is a 'Reduce Packet Size'.
If any of you have any thoughts on these options feel free to share.
    Thank you

I think the FTP helper is for active mode FTP to allow the secandary (data) port to be opened.

TTL adjust is just that. It changes the TTL. Some ISPs set the TTL to 1 so that any customer deployed router would automatically expire the packet. TTL adjust can counter it by increasing the TTL on every packet.

Also, TTL stands for Time To Live.

    Thank you for the answers.
I was doing some further reading and under QOS you have a ''KB Transferred''. This option aplies under what period(day, week, month)?
    What about:
-Miscellaneous there is a 'Inbound Layer 7'.
-Advanced>Conntrack/netfilter there is a 'Reduce Packet Size'.
