Configuring an RV016 for Verizon FiOS & Comcast

I have been successfully running an RV016 v2.0.10 on Comcast for a few years now. However, Verizon FiOS service was just made available and I signed up for the 15/2 service tier. Part of the sign-up is a free Actiontec MI424WR router that doesn't miss a beat and instantly recognizes the FiOS pipe under DHCP. It blazes at the advertised speeds. My intention was to use the Actiontec only to verify a good connection per the Verizon installer's suggestion and then switch to the RV016. But I am not able to get it to recognize the Verizon signal no matter how many configuration changes I make.

Also, it's not clear to me how to configure for multiple WANs. What is the correct procedure for this?

*NOTE: This is not a PPOE connection - all new FiOS installs are configured for DHCP.

I haven't worked on Verizons fiber yet....but I had read multiple times that it's still PPPoE.
