    Hey guys,

So I tried downloading DD-WRT, Set it to client bridge and it worked perfectly for me.

Only problem was, My sisters room is next to mine. And for some reason her internet wouldn't work, Or it would and then it would drop out after about 5 pages.

So I'm going to try tomato.

    My router is:
    WRT54GS V4.0
And was wondering which firmware I should use.

    Thanks

Are you connecting wired PCs using this bridge, or using it as a repeater to extend the wireless range of your main router?

    As for choosing a build:
    1. Wiki says your router has 4MB of space for the firmware
    2. TomatoUSB says your router has an R1-type CPU and can use both K24 and K26 Linux kernels.
So, your limitations are that you must choose a firmware version that is 4MB or less and is built for R1 CPUs. The basic networking features you are asking about will be near identical across all builds, so beyond that it is a matter of personal preference as to which extra options you want: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomato_(firmware)#Feature_comparison
