I have a problem connecting my network-printer to my wireless network...
    - Fritzbox (LANIP:, connected to DSL, used for the normal network, 1 LAN PC, two WLAN PCs)

    - WRT54G with Tomato 1.25, basic config:

    - I set up a static route on the Fritzbox:

But I think this route doesnt work :( I cant ping from the Fritzbox-network (although I checked "Respond to ICMP ping" in Tomato firmware). But ping from wrt54g to Fritzbox or is working...
The HP Printer driver doesnt find the Printer on (set per static dhcp and confirmed by the printed setting from the printer) :(

Thats the (untouched) Routing table of the wrt54g:

    Whats wrong with my configuration/Routing?

    Thanks a lot, Agrajag

P.S. sry for my bad english, I'm german

    some other infos:
The Printer built in webserver ( is accessable from the wrt54g network, but not from the fritzbox network... Is there a route on the wrt54g missing that routes from WAN to LAN?

Can't help you with this issue, but as you're German you can get a very cheap W500V from ebay and flash it with the bitswitcher firmware. It works great as a wireless bridge, I use it to connect my office switch to my WLAN. If you have questions you can PM me in German.

I'm now using dd-wrt and "Client Bridge" without a new subnet :) I think this isn't possible with tomato?
