    Hello
I have 2 private networks in the same building that are close enough to run a cable between. Each network has its own router, dhcp server, etc. and they want to keep it that way. I would like to share files between the offices while keeping each network secure. Could I replace the current router for each office with a linksys and put a server in the DMZ by using a hub to connect both DMZ ports along with the server? I would not want anyone on the Internet to be able to access this server.

Please ignore the periods. I did not know how to make the diagram line up using spaces.
    thanks!
