    Hi guys,

Did you ever succeed connecting such kind of devices to this router using Tomato firmware? It never connects here, even having the right settings for the wireless network (I'm using WPA-PSK, used to work fine before started using Tomato).

PS: Not blaming Tomato at all! 'Cause it's *really* great.

    Thanks and regards,

    Rivanor.

I have no issues at all! Wireless on the router is set to WPA Personal and TKIP. On the router I also have a static IP entry for the MAC address of the TX.

On the PALM side I'm in WPA-PSK mode. I do all my hotsyncing this way.

Hmm, thanks for the little hint implied: I was using WPA2 Personal and TKIP/AES on the router, now I set it to WPA Personal and TKIP. The Palm successfully connects now. It looks like it doesn't have support for WPA2 yet.

    Thanks PeterT,

Have you tried the hybrid WPA/WPA2 mode? I'm not sure if that allows other WPA2-capable clients to continue using WPA2...

Yeah, just tried it and worked! I'm not sure also if that allows other WPA2-capable clients to continue using WPA2. Well, anyway I don't know the difference between WPA and WPA2, and TKIP and AES.
