I just got a WRT54GS router today and was presantly supprised at how nice it was. I got the thing set up and decided to launch Itunes and low and behold there was about 5 or 6 other peoples limewire music libraries that I could connect to. My question is this: Since I turned off my ssid and also have a strong password on it they shouldnt be able to get into my network but can I get into theirs? All I know about the network is that I can somehow see it. What is truly weird is that the Limewire Library had a name beside it and when I looked that name up in the phone book the address was a little over a mile away from my house. Is the WRT54GS that powerfull or are we seeing each other in the middle or something?
