    Hello people

Just wondered if someone could help me out with my connection problems.
Over the last 7-10 days my connection seem to hang/freeze for no real reason at all.
Sometimes this can last 10 seconds, sometimes a few minutes - then it will carry on for a little while then freeze, you get the picture.
This is obviously not what it should be doing and tbh is making doing anything online a pain in the ar$e (surfing, mail, gaming).

I am sitting behind a WAG54G router and running Avast as my AV.
Also I sweep my pc regularly with Adaware SE, Spybot and Spyware doctor.
Nothing out of the ordinary has come up.
Managed to stay online long enough to run the online trend micro av scan today, which was all good.
I have also posted a hjt log on another site and that has come back all clear.

All I seem to be left looking at is that the problem lies with the physical connection/cabling or maybe the router has a problem.
Just been looking through the status pages of my router and took these screen grabs - looks like there may be an issue with the downstream margin?

Driving me mad at the moment - any ideas gratefully received!

    Cheers
